SIRMAF has a maintenance and technical assistance service and its specialist technicians work on machines installed in situ, on the customer's premises.

This service permits both preventive and curative work to be carried out on machines, which may or may not be running, and so it can be planned with a view to minimizing the time the equipment is stopped.

SIRMAF has a fleet of suitably equipped vehicles to carry specialist teams wherever they might be needed.
