It was in this area of Rebuilding machine tools that SIRMAF started its activity. It repaired and reconstructed used machines, restoring them to their original state and improving their performance.

The experience gained in this sector, and the desire to serve its customers better, meant that the Company also involved itself in Retrofitting machine tools. Customers thus have the chance to convert, update and maximize their existing equipment by adding new components, automating processes, adapting new tools to make new products, and so prevent them from becoming obsolete.

This work is developed and coordinated by the Technical-commercial Department, whose members are highly qualified and use modern equipment designed to carry out projects concerned with this activity.
