In 2001, SIRMAF
started to set up a Quality Management System.
One of its aims was to obtain certification, but far more important than
this was the fact that the creation of this system would be another added
value for SIRMAF’s customers, since it
would mean greater satisfaction of customer needs.
In 29/07/03, APCER awarded us Certification
under the NP EN ISO 9001:2000
standard (certificate no. 2003/CEP.2028).

This achievement implies even more responsibilities from now on. Just
as important as the acquisition of this certification is our commitment,
on a daily basis, to improving the service we offer to our Customers.
The entire SIRMAF team, the Managing
Director and Quality Manager are always on hand for you, ready
to discuss any suggestions and criticisms, because these are equally important.
They help and encourage us to provide you with ever-improving service.
